Fall Fit&Fun Dietbet Challenge!

I’m so excited to be hosting another Dietbet Challenge – Oct 24 – Nov 20! If you’ve joined me in the past for a game you know just how motivating and fun they can be BUT if you’re new to Dietbet — don’t worry, you will get the hang of it in a heartbeat!

Okay so what is Dietbet you ask? It’s social dieting! You know how I talk about how important having a community is when you are losing weight, well this is exactly that, a digital community of other like-minded people going for a similar goal — losing 4% of their body weight!

Not only am I hosting, I will be there to coach you throughout the game! I will have daily challenges, a workout calendar, and PRIZES (check them out below, some of my fav products!) to giveaway throughout the game!

  1. I’ve never been in a successful diet bet, in the way that the bet itself never held through. I was doing good and lost weight healthily, and as I got into first place, the diet bet was canceled. I would really like to do another one because it motivated me to loose weight. But, I’m a broke college student and $35 sounds like a lot.

  2. I have done 3 or 4 diet bets, but the last one was actually with you a while ago! After losing 90 pounds and having my loose skin removed in May, I am still paying off that debt and working like crazy to get above water. My weight is the same today as it was the morning of surgery and I am realizing I definitely need an extra push.

    I’m always up for a challenge, and this dietbet sounds like it’s right up my alley. I never seem to able to stick with a challenge for a full 30 days and I think that not only giving myself a deadline but also having you send calendars and workouts ideas will keep me and everyone engaged.

    This past week I looked back at my old workout journal because I wanted to remeasure and assess my goals after feeling a bit defeated. I’m right under the 200 number and can’t seem to budge, so looking back at my journal I saw that a year ago I was exactly 20 lbs heavier! I couldn’t believe! I’d actually lost 20 lbs- which is huge for me- because sometimes it it feels like I’m making no progress on the scale but still staying active. I guess every bit counts and I’m hear to make this one count.

    So if you pick me for this diet bet I promise you I will slayyyy lol because I’m up for the challenge girl. 😉
