Happy Friday my little fitness loves! It’s time for another Beeta Honey breakfast series post! This is a recipe that I absolutely love and now with the addition of Beeta Honey powder, it is even more nutritious and delicious than it was before. These make for a quick and healthy grab and go breakfast or a mid-morning protein-packed snack! Enjoy the recipe!!

- mix into the batter, mix well
- pour batter into prepared dish

The best part about Beeta Honey is that they don’t add any extra sugar to their crystals or powder!! I’ve seen other honey powders before that have added sugar and let’s be honest who needs EXTRA SUGAR when honey is already so sweet and delicious all by itself. Beeta Honey makes sure to keep the integrity of the honey by not adding anything. it is also completely organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and best yet made right in the U S of A!! Go America!
I’ve learned a lot about how important it is to really check the labels on the back of products. you think it might be healthy because the packaging says so but the reality comes when you check the stats on the back of the nutrition label. ALWAYS CHECK THE NUTRITION LABEL! it holds all the dirty little secrets of every product!
Beeta Honey keeps it real and only adds less than 1% of organic flour and that is just to keep the crystals from getting stuck together!
