Happy Friday fitfam! I hope everyone had a successful week working toward their goals! I know I did! I hosted my very first group Bootcamp Sweatsesh in DC this weekend and it was so much fun! Thank you to all the lovely ladies who showed up and got a great sweat in! I planned a very high-intensity interval training cardio-based workout. our heart rates stayed up up up! The workout also has supersets involved. For those of you who don’t know what a superset is, it’s basically just two to three “moves” performed in a row with no rest in between then once all reps are completed for each exercise you have about a minute or two of rest to get your heart rate back down a bit.
