happy friday fitfam! i hope everyone had successful week working toward their goals! i know i did! i hosted my very first group bootcamp sweatsesh in DC this weekend and it was so much fun! thank you to all the lovely ladies who showed up and got a great sweat in! i planned a very high intensity interval training cardio based workout. our heart rates stayed up up up! the workout also has supersets involved. for those of you who don’t know what a superset is, it’s basically just two to three “moves” performed in a row with no rest in between then once all reps are completed for each exercise you have about a minute or two of rest to get your heart rate back down a bit. please comment below if you try this out or if you have any questions about any of the exercises involved!
