When Athleta came to me to test out their new Fall line of Powervita yoga pants and bras, you know your girl jumped at the chance! Not only am I a huge fan of Athleta and what they stand for and all they are doing for the empowerment of women everywhere but their clothes are super flattering and functional. You babes know I’ve been spending a ton of time indoors doing my yoga teacher training so I decided to take my practice outside for the first time in a while. It may be Fall in the fashion world but here in sunny California we still have months of summer ahead. There is seriously nothing better than getting outside and moving, especially when you’re outfitted with a beautiful floral outfit made from seriously the softest material I’ve ever felt, Powervita.

You all will need to try it out for yourselves, as soon as you touch it (and try it on), you’ll get why I’m so obsessed. But after wearing this outfit a few times for yoga, not only are they soft but this PowerVita material does not stretch out and has amazing light compression that gives me the feeling of support that I need when I practice. And don’t even worry I did the coverage test with my sisters! No, see-through pants here, just total confidence in every pose.

Another key thing for me is the high wasted pants and pockets! I think that more yoga pants need pockets! I like to be able to throw my phone or keys into my pocket and just be able to go easily to and from my mat and everywhere in between. Most of the yoga pants that I own don’t offer that option at all, so it’s amazing to have that with these beautiful floral pants.

Speaking of this floral pattern, I can’t get enough. Not only is the pattern beautiful but the feminine design details on the pants, like the spliced mesh with the pattern, add that flair I love when I’m looking for a new pair of yoga pants.
