Over the past three years, I’ve accumulated so many fun home workout pieces of equipment but the newest piece I got late last month has been my favorite so far! I finally got myself a TRX and I picked it up from my local Johnson Fitness store! I think buying a piece of home workout equipment can be a little scary and it was so nice to be able to go into my local Johnson Fitness store and chat with the employees about what would work best for me and they were amazing at answering all my questions and even showed me how to set the TRX up! Make sure you head over to their site to find a location near you to go in and check it out for yourself. If you don’t know what a TRX is or what the heck it stands for and want to learn how to use it for a full-body workout keep on reading below!

TRX or Total Body Resistance Exercise was invented by a Navy Seal, it’s pretty hardcore but at the same time, it’s perfect for a beginner! I used to use a TRX in the gym all the time when I began training years ago. It can help with stability but at the same time, it’s a nice form of resistance that isn’t added weight. The best thing about the TRX is how many awesome workouts you can do right from your home but also that you can easily pack it up and travel with it if you need to! And as you get better with it and stronger there are several ways to make it more challenging and more challenging moves you can do with the TRX strap.

Below I’m going to be sharing my favorite full-body TRX workout with you. I love to do 12-15 repetitions and repeat this whole workout all the way through (all 5 exercises back to back) at least 3 rounds, resting 1 minute in between each round! It’s a perfect full-body blast that will get your heart rate up and help you build strength and muscle at the same time!

What are you favorite TRX moves to do? I would love for you to share in the comments section below!
