It’s Fall and we are only days away from Halloween, which is crazy and that means we are only moments away from the Holidays! Okay, sorry I’ll calm down! Even though it may not feel like Fall in Los Angeles and it may not look like Fall either but this basic witch loves a pumpkin + fall-inspired sweat sesh and I thought this would be so much fun to share today to help celebrate Halloween!
Today I’m sharing a fun Pumpkin inspired workout in collaboration with Finishline and Adidas! These shoes from Finishline.com not only matched the pumpkin and fall theme perfectly but Finishline has the perfect Adidas shoes for any workout! I’m wearing the Pureboost GO shoes in White/White/Mystery Ink and they are so comfortable, supportive, and of course fashion-forward. They were the perfect shoe for this quick dynamic workout in the midst of the pumpkin patch! But they are also perfect to take from the road to the studio no matter what type of workouts you love! And yes, I got plenty of interesting looks for working out in a pumpkin patch but girls gotta do what a girl gotta do! Ya feel me?!

Instead of sipping a sugary PSL grab a big ole pumpkin (you’ll be surprised how heavy they can be!) and your favorite Adidas from Finishline.com and get your PSL (Pushups, Situps, and Lunges) workout on!
I like doing 15 of each exercise back to back and then I took a lap around the patch or take a quick run around your block, rest for 30 seconds and repeat until you’ve reached 10 minutes! Super simple but so effective. Sometimes all we have are 10 minutes to make a workout fit into our schedules so this is perfect and can literally be done anywhere at any time!
I would love to know how you enjoy this quick 10-minute workout below! Remember to have fun with it, get some friends involved, and the heavier the pumpkin the more you'll burn!! Also, I'd love to know if you've ever tried any Adidas shoes from Finishline.com?! Which pair is your favorite?
