The holiday season is in full swing and so are all the fun holiday parties! It’s truly my favorite time of year. A time to celebrate with friends and family, a time to let go and have fun, and a time where a lot of people feel like they are over-indulging constantly. Don’t get me wrong I love all of the holiday treats, eats, and drinks but I also love to be able to find some balance during the month of December.
I make sure I’m getting in some movement at least 4x a week so that I can stay stress-free and feel my best and I also love bringing low sugar drinks with me to all the holiday parties I attend! I discovered Joia Spirit over the summer and they are my absolute favorite drinks. They taste SO good, the Margarita flavor is my personal favorite! They also have Vodka Soda Key Lime and Gimlet. All of the cocktails are gluten-free and vegan with clean + simple ingredients that are clearly printed right on the can, which is rare! And they are naturally low in sugar and all of them are sparkling, dreams do come true!
I never really learned the art of making a mixed drink so I love being able to bring these to parties and not having to worry about making my drink correctly, I just pop the top and I’m set. I also always have a few of these chilled in my fridge at home for any impromptu guests that pop over for a happy hour or over the weekend and want a drink! It makes my life super easy and I know exactly what I’m drinking thanks to Joia Spirit’s transparency. I may not be a great bartender but I do know how to have drinks ready on the fly – haha
